Dogs friendly (40PLN fee), you can pay by card. Free large parking area in front of hotel on grass (you can pay for private underground). Outside parking looked safe and secure. Cozy room, comfortable bed. Nice lobby. Great city views (we stayed 13th floor). There was cups, glasses, teapot, coffee and espresso. Table for laptop. Clean bathroom. Friendly and fluent english speaking staff. Close by is large supermarket area, Mcdonalds, BP gas station working 24/7. City center is 15min away with a car. They have bar, swimming area, lounge. We would stay here again if we visit Katowice.

We visited to attend the OFF Festival, so the location for us was superb, as we were just a mere 10 minute walk away. The room's soundproofing from the exterior is superb: there was construction work right next door and it did not bother us at all, as well as the festival itself. The air conditioning is also perfect for the summer, and the beds were comfortable enough, so we had restful nights. The room was really tidy and clean, and the restaurant downstairs is quite nice too.

Good location. Very close to A4 road. Car was left safe in underground garage (7 eur). Very clean rooms. Kettle, wellcoming mineral water was a nice compliment from the hotel. Wellcoming team. Great breakfast. There is a lot to choose from. Great variety :) Real, strong coffee. And Special Thanks to restaurant Supervisor Lady - you are the best :) very kind, caring about every client. And all was honest- it’s a big thing)).

Great value for the money, great breakfast with plenty of options,, stuff was nice and helpful all the time, they even lend me charger when mine was broken. Nice swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna (extra fee). Also, it's a pet friendly place, we were allowed with our big Great Dane in the room (extras fee applied but we appreciated).

We enjoyed the breakfast. It was a buffet with a variety of dishes. The coffee was tasty, the atmosphere was nice and the service was good. The free parking, the two working elevators and the convenient entrance were very nice bonuses.
